Lana is your personalized weight loss coach, committed to helping you reach your health and wellness goals through sustainable lifestyle changes. With over 30 years of nursing experience, she specializes in delivering personalized support, motivation, and education aligned with your individual needs. Her methodology merges holistic, evidence-based strategies with practical fitness guidance and mindset coaching to produce lasting results.

Joanna Harrelson, MPAS, PA-C

Joanna is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic medicine, with a strong foundation in dermatology and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2023 and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at High Point University in August 2025. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Medical Science at High Point University to further expand her clinical expertise and leadership in advanced practice medicine.

Dr. Lauren Suits, DNP, NP-C

Dr. Lauren Suits, DNP, NP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine with an emphasis on injectables, laser skin resurfacing, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy. A graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina with experience in plastic surgery and critical care, Dr. Suits combines medical expertise with an artistic eye for natural, timeless results.
